The changes we’ve made not only affect the website, but also the guidance documents you use when working towards a professional qualification. The aim of this message is to provide you with an overview of what’s new and how to find information so that you can support our members and potential members in the transition.
Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the new website and the key changes to our processes.
The website aims to give you the information and guidance you need, as clearly and concisely as possible. Information is tailored to you in the places you need it, and the site’s also mobile-friendly.
We’ve highlighted some steps to help you find some the website’s important membership and professional development information:
All our qualifications-related guidance – the ICE 3000 series documents and membership guidance notes (MGNs) – have been replaced by a new suite of guidance documents.
The new documents bring all relevant information into one place. They’ve also been written in a simpler and less formal style. And, while some of the qualifications processes have changed, the standards we expect of our members and potential members haven’t.
