Many of us have been consultants, most of us have worked with them, and some of us have had to select consultants for a specific job. Over the past 20 years government has deferred much of its planning, design and construction management to consultants. We see an emerging brand of transnational and international firms that claim to do all things in all places. This seminar looked at how to better procure consultants and how to be a better consultant so your client calls you back and doesn't put you through that difficult proposal call.
